GINGER ZAP MARTINI

1 oz North Dakota Sweet Crude
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 oz Punish95
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
1 egg white
Shake all with 2 cubes, pour into chilled cocktail glass, pour sugar packet on top of egg white and brûlée
